(FULFILLED) Out of this will come great reform, and a transformation into conservatism, breaking the power of liberalism in the state. (FAILED) ------------------------------------------- Admin Note: Only half of this came true. Namely, the part about the new mayor. The part about change in Chicago under the new mayor, though, nope. He's worse than Lightfoot. So unless something happens that makes me realize that I'm misinterpreting this, I'm marking it as failed until I hear otherwise.
