This prophecy is fairly long, but the general consensus is that there will be 112 popes, from the time of Malachy to the end of the RCC, the last of which will oversee the destruction of the Roman Catholic Church. They just buried the last, and 112th pope mentioned in this prophecy, namely Francis, who did a bang-up job of destroying the RCC. Also, as a bit of clarity, there may still be another pope after him, as the prophecy doesn't say that there won't be. It just tells about the popes up through the 112th. What comes after that is anyone's guess.
EDIT (2025-5-8): Yep, the 113th pope has been elected, and we're just now finding out that there's a hidden 113th pope in the prophecy that we didn't know about before, who just stepped onto the scene. So we're not done yet! :)
